The Right Private Tutor Can Help a Traditional Student as much as a Homeschooling Student

After working for a long time as personal tutors for homeschooling and traditional school students, we finally realized why our traditional students were also doing very well and why parents were so sincerely appreciative of our help. As private tutors, we always applied the same principles and methods when working with our traditional students as we did when working with homeschooling students. That meant that we were providing a teaching style of tutoring to our traditional students that we were used to giving to our homeschooling students. In doing this, as personal tutors, we were always going above and beyond to help our students who attended traditional schools fully grasp the material they were learning in class.

Many times, we’d hear from our students that for various reasons, they frequently did not understand what the teacher had taught the class that day, and many of their classmates felt the same way. They would often ask us to re-teach the recent material that the teacher had presented in class. Teach-tutoring was a normal process in our sessions as private tutors for homeschooling students so it was absolutely no problem helping our traditional students by reviewing and re-teaching the material as well as identifying and going over specific foundational skills that they had missed in the past.

Our philosophy is that our personal tutors always apply our homeschooling method of tutoring with each and every student with whom they work. And as a result, our students are not just performing well on tests and assignments but truly understanding the material and carrying this knowledge with them to their next classes! Parents are happy that their child does not just have a private tutor, but a private teaching-tutor.
